Once the products arrive at our studio, we’ll get in touch to let you know they’ve arrived. Next, we’ll make sure that all of them are in good condition and confirm the number of products we’ve received. Then we’ll start photographing your products.

Of course! You’ll receive at least two or three test shots before all the products are photographed so we can finalize the details.

After photographing all your products, we’ll send you a link to a shared folder for review and approval.

Once we receive the final payment, we’ll send you a shared folder with all the images at 72 dpi and 1000 px on the long side (optimized for the web). If you’d like TIFF format, there will be an additional charge. Also, at no extra cost to you, all your product images will be archived in our database.

Most projects take between 5 and 10 business days from the date we receive your products. If you need your project completed sooner, please contact us so we can discuss the possibility of making it a rush order. There will be an additional charge for all rush jobs.

No! We’ll be happy to assemble them for you. Depending on how complex the assembly is, there will be an additional hourly fee.

We specialize in small and medium-sized products that fit easily on a tabletop. However, our studio is also equipped to handle items up to the size of a sofa of regular size.

White is the ideal color for making your products stand out, but you can choose any other background color you like and which will be charged with 80 Euros.

YES! Still life photos take longer to shoot and are a bit more expensive.

Yes, but only for images that require more time than usual to correct imperfections, such as scratches on labels (products that aren’t in perfect condition) and also products that are highly reflective like silver, gold, chrome, glass, etc. In any case, all these details will already be included in the quote you approve.
